Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PrintResize ('we', 'us'), available at printresize.com. By using PrintResize you agree to them.
1. The service
PrintResize turns images you upload into print-ready files. The free tools — DPI change and checking, unit converters and the pattern checker — need no account, have no usage limits and add no watermark. Print Resize, the Pattern Generator and AI Upscale require an account and use credits.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and give us an email address you can receive. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe, at the price shown before you pay. There is no subscription. Credits never expire. Every AI run shows its credit cost before it starts, and if a run fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Free credits given at sign-up cannot be refunded or exchanged. Refunds for credit packs follow our Refund Policy.
4. Your content and ownership
You keep all rights to the images you upload and the files you export, including AI results. We claim no ownership over your content. Files you create with PrintResize are yours to use commercially, royalty-free, including for client work, products and print-on-demand.
5. Acceptable use
Only upload images you have the right to use, and do not upload material that prohibits derivative works. Do not use PrintResize to create unlawful, sexual or abusive content involving minors, or content that infringes others’ rights, and do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
6. AI results
Print Resize, the Pattern Generator and AI Upscale create new pixels with AI models. Results can differ from the original in fine detail, text or colour, and may occasionally contain errors. Review every result before you print or sell it.
7. Processing and storage
The free tools do not store your images. AI results are saved to your private Library until you delete them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we handle and for how long.
8. Output derives from your input
PrintResize transforms the image you provide; the result is only as original as your source. We do not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights, because those rights follow from what you upload.
9. Intellectual property claims
If you believe content produced on PrintResize infringes your rights, email support@printresize.com with the relevant link and a description of the claim. We will review it and remove infringing content where the claim is valid.
10. No warranty
PrintResize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Check exported files before using them in production or print runs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintResize is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or wasted print materials arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PrintResize against claims arising from content you upload, including claims that your uploads infringe third-party rights.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using PrintResize at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@printresize.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
14. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, email us first — most issues are resolved in a reply. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the operator of PrintResize.
15. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Where practicable, material changes are announced 14 days in advance, and the date above always shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
